I grew up and continue to live in Jefferson, WI with my husband Chris and our two children, Noah and Carly. I graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in secondary education and taught high school biology and chemistry for three years before receiving my DVM degree from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. I practiced small animal medicine at a rural veterinary clinic near Oconomowoc prior to opening Johnson Creek Veterinary Care in 2014.
My favorite aspect of small animal medicine is developing relationships with my clients and patients and helping to enhance the human animal bond through client education.
In my spare time, I like spending time with family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors hiking and kayaking. My family shares our home with three dogs (Milo, Carson and Sherman) and a cat (Huey).
